Sitting Properly

Fortunately, we have two legs and feet. What can be the benefits of walking on the feet? We can travel a longer distance comparing to other primates. We have 206 bones in our bodies. The bones play a very important role which is support our bodies by putting body weight on the feet.

Like this, when you sit on a chair, your buttock can be your feet. But, your butt is definitely bigger and wider than the size of your feet. So, where in your butt do you put your body weight? It is not clear where your feet of the butt are. Let’s find out where they are. You can put your both hands under the butt and move your pelvis in all directions. Can you feel a bone somewhere that is dominant? That are your feet. So, when you sit on the chair, put your body weight on it. More specific, a little bit behind the bone. And then, get your back straight !!
